Does this replace our project management tool?
No. opiq TEAM is not a task or project tool. It records how much time your team spent for each client and shows whether a retainer pays off. Keep managing tasks in your own tool.
Can employees see retainer amounts and salaries?
No. Revenue, costs and profitability are visible only to the owner, admins or people you explicitly grant access.
What about our clients' data?
You enter the client name, the agreement (amount and included hours) and the work done. Data is stored on servers in the European Union; we never share it and access it only at your explicit request when you need help.
Won't logging take up too much of my team's time?
It's one click to start and one to stop. A forgotten timer stops itself at midnight, and past work can be added in seconds.
Is this employee monitoring?
No. opiq TEAM does not record screens, keystrokes or location. Employees log which client they work for themselves.
What happens after 14 days?
The app reminds you a few days before. If you don't subscribe, access closes — your data stays stored and is available as soon as you subscribe.
Is the app available in English?
Yes. The app interface is available in English and Slovenian.
