Questions about plans and billing

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with all features. No credit card is required, so nothing is charged automatically.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

The app reminds you a few days before. If you don't subscribe, access closes — your data stays stored and is available as soon as you subscribe.

What is the difference between annual and monthly billing?

Same features. Annual billing costs €19.90, €39.90 or €59.90 per month (up to 20, 40 or 60 employees), billed once a year. Monthly billing costs €25.90, €49.90 or €74.90 per month, with no commitment.

Are any features limited to bigger plans?

No. Every feature is included in every plan. Plans differ only by the number of employees.

What if our team grows beyond the plan?

When a plan is full, the app suggests the next one. The switch takes effect immediately.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, with one click in settings. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed.

In which currency are prices?

Is a data processing agreement (DPA) included?

Yes, in every plan. Every company accepts a data processing agreement when it registers. Data is stored on servers in the European Union.

Are integrations included?

There are no integrations or public API yet, so there is nothing extra to pay for. Data moves in and out through Excel import and export, included in every plan.
